The tape tells about the last emperor of China Pui. He was prophesied of "ten thousand years of happiness", in 1908, at the age of three, he was elevated to the Dragon Throne, he could do anything but leave the walls of his palace. Pui lives in the Forbidden City, where news of changes does not reach, but changes in the 20th century affected the emperor's life.
