In the gloomy City arrives the giant-strongman Wan, who is traveling with his little brother. On the very first day, the brother is kidnapped by the henchmen of the evil scientist Krank, who kidnaps children to watch their dreams, so Wan will have to dive into the slums of the City in search of his brother, in which he will be helped by the brave girl Miette and a group of small thieves.
