The Napco StarLink MAX 2 Dual SIM/Dual Path Universal 5G Commercial Fire Alarm Communicator is a two channel (Dual Path) cellular transmitter module which connects to AT&T's and Verizon's 5G cellular networks, as well as your Internet network, to ensure your security system is always capable of contacting emergency responders. The Communicator houses 2 SIM cards that each connect to a 5G network through two continuously active communication channels that routinely switches channels to use the most powerful signal strength to use. The Communicator's two channels can be configured to connect to two cell networks, one cell network and your local Internet via Ethernet, or keep only one channel active. The Communicator is compatible with any 12V or 24V Fire Alarm Control Unit (FACU) security panels using Contact ID or 4/2 connections. Napco offers a monitoring subscription plan for the MAX 2 Dual SIM Dual Path Universal 5G Commercial Fire Alarm Communicator which provides a dedicated supervisor that monitors the status of your Alarm Panel. The Super Dual Plan works in tandem with the My Starlink app to ensure alarm or alert notifications are sent, received, and seen. Additionally, when your fire alarm or pre configured security alarm is triggered, an operative will ensure that emergency responders have been notified. The Communicator Module can be installed and setup in four easy steps: First, register your new StarLink communicator module online www.napcocomnet.com. Next, mount the module up to 100 feet away from your alarm security panel and attach the antennas. Wire the radio module to the alarm panel. Then test for power and signal connections. Contents: Communicator Module with Metal Housing, Power Supply, Backup Battery, Mounting Hardware. NOTE: Requires a compatible security control panel (sold separately).
