• One pair of speakers - Coaxially mounted 165 mm (6.5 in) woofer and 25 mm (1.0 in) soft-dome tweeter with integrated enclosure that is ideal for installation in most ceiling plenum spaces. Robust and adaptable dogears for wide range of ceiling thicknesses, top and side exit cable entry options for easy installation. Plus, full-face, easily paintable magnetic grilles.
• Superior Sonic Performance - The Coplanar RBI, or CRBI delivers an especially smooth sound character that remains consistent, clear, and pleasant across a wide coverage area. It reduces on-axis hot spots (where sound is too loud), and off-axis cold spots (where sound is too quiet) which improves the listening experience for users as they move throughout a space. This enhanced coverage results in fewer speakers, amplifier channels, and project costs, required to cover a space.
• Built-in 70V/100V multi-tap transformer for use in large commercial applications, plus 16-ohm direct input for use in smaller projects or residential.
• Weather and Safety - Exceeds Mil Spec 810H for humidity, salt spray, temperature & UV. IP33 rating per EN/IEC 60529 against solid object and water ingress. Compliant with RoHS2 per EN/IEC63000. Control 424LP is a two-way coaxial ceiling loudspeaker, featuring a 4 woofer and a low-profile enclosure that is ideal for applications where ceiling plenum space is restricted. Integrated CRBI technology provides 130 of consistent, full, rich sound character that closely matches that of the Control 424C/T. A full-face magnetic grille blends seamlessly with modern decors and optional black and square grilles are available. Mechanical improvements include redesigned terminal covers with top and side cable entry ports and an extremely reliable new dogear design that works with a wide range of ceiling thicknesses.
