There is a 35% restocking fee if the unit has been installed, dented, wires cut off, missing install kit, remotes (not all units come with remotes). We will offer warranty parts or you can send the unit back for repairs, if it is within your 1 year warranty we will pay for parts, labor, and shipping to and from. If you are past the year you will need to pay for these services. If you ordered the wrong unit for your machine you will need to return and order the correct one, If you reorder from us we wave the restocking fee but you will still need to pay the return shipping. We highly suggest to call or message us if you are unsure what fits your machine.
