If a computer does not support video output from a USB Type-C port, the video output port of this product will not work. Please make sure the device supports DisplayPort(TM) Alt Mode when video output.
This product will not work on the system screen or BIOS screen before operating the OS.
Please connect this product directly to the USB Type-C port on your computer. If you connect to the USB hub or the USB Type-C port on the expansion board, this product will not be compatible.
