Powered by up to two Intel Xeon E5-2600 v3 or v4 processors and up to 768GB maximum memory, the Dell R630 delivers 2U performance packed into a 1U chassis. These characteristics make the PowerEdge R630 ideal for driving large business applications, virtualization, and running transactional databases. The R630 does not lose out in the memory space either, as its design allows for a wide array of storage options. Its memory and processor density is complemented by its storage flexibility, of up to 24 x 1.8 inch flash SSDs or 10 x 25 inch HDDs.
