The green LED will blink slowlythis means its ready to pair. Send a Signal from an Old Unit: On a previously paired walkie-talkie, switch to Channel 1, then press and hold its PTT button. Keep holding until the green light on the new unit blinks rapidly and then turns off. Pairing for this channel is now complete. Move to the Next Channel: On the new unit, press the + or button once to switch to the next channel. The green light will blink slowly again.
