• The PNI Escort HP 6550 is enhanced with a 9-level configurable Automatic Digital Squelch and 28-level configurable Manual Squelch .
• The RF Gain function (for controlling the radio reception gain) is also configurable to 9 levels.
• The VOX function allows the CB user to automatically transmit without pressing the PTT (Push-to-Talk) key.
