The red support holder comes with 1/4"-20 male thread mount on one end and a 1/4"-20 female on the other. the ball head features 360 rotatable & 90 tiltable adjustment. It is used to support an on-camera monitor, flash light, video light or other accessories. It's versatile and handy to use.
This shoe adapter allows devices with standard 1/4" mounting holes to be installed on the hot shoe slot of a flashlight. You can mount microphone, GPS or some other camera accessories onto your digital camera. It can also be used as a monitor support bracket.
