Instructions:
1.Before use, the instrument is generally adjusted to the "0" position. If not,the instrument should be adjusted to "0" on a parallel surface.
2.When adjusting "0", rotate the two micrometers so that the bottom of the scraper and the two side plates are on the same plane.At this time, the reading of the micrometer should be the same, and the "0" scale of the micrometer should be aligned with the scale line at the lower end.
3.Rotate the micrometer to adjust the scraper to the required gap size, that is, the required coating thickness.Then hold both sides of the board with your hands and scrape on the sample board to prepare the required coating.
Maintenance:
1. Before each work, use a soft cloth dipped in alcohol to carefully wipe the applicator head and body to keep them clean.
2. Regularly inspect screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners in various parts to prevent loosening and eliminate product quality accidents.
3. Do not bump into high-precision parts such as the coating head and differentiator, and handle them with care.
4. When adjusting the differentiator, the left and right sides should be adjusted symmetrically and evenly.
